關於出貨方式 ABOUT DELIVERY
Your order will be dispatched within 2-5 business days, except pre-ordered items. Pre-order items will need 15-28 days to restock. For orders included pre-order items, your delivery will be put on hold until all items are ready. Extra shipping fee will be charged If you want to send the parcel separately. We will send you a receipt and photo after the parcel has been sent. If you have other requirements or concerns, please contact us via Instagram or Whatsapp.

付款後訂單一般於2-5日個工作天內寄出。若有預售款式，一般要等候15-28個工作天。現貨及預訂貨品將會一併發貨，若客人希望分開發貨需另加郵費。

訂單發貨後，店主會主動聯絡客人告知已發貨。並把已付款的郵件單據照片發給客人作紀錄。

若客人需要提早／延遲發貨，請於下單後聯絡店主。

For orders spending over HKD 580 :

FREE SF Standard Express delivery on orders over HKD 580 (1-3 business day)
For orders spending less than HKD200 :

+HKD 8 surface mail shipping by HK Post (without tracking no. 3-7 business day)

SF delivery, delivery fee will be paid on delivery.(1-3 business day)

香港郵政平郵免運費：平郵不設追蹤號碼，派送時間較慢，一般需要3-7個工作天，若遇上假期有時會延慢到2星期以上才收能到郵件。若選擇平郵，風險需由客人承擔，The Subtle Store將不會對寄失郵件負上責任。
訂單滿 HKD 580:

順豐ELOCKER 包郵！一般1-3個工作天派送或通知取件，並設在追蹤號碼。
訂單未滿HK$200／任何寄本地的郵件：

平郵 加HKD8：平郵不設追蹤號碼，派送時間較慢，一般需要3-7個工作天，若遇上假期有時會延慢到2星期以上才收能到郵件。若選擇平郵，風險需由客人承擔，The Subtle Store將不會對寄失郵件負上責任。

順豐到付：除了寄到家中，若家中不方便收件也可以選擇寄到順豐指定地方自取，如：順豐站，順豐智能櫃或7-11等, 麻煩填寫地址時請加上順豐站編號。
