ORDER PROCESSING TIME:
Your order will be dispatched within 2-5 business days, except pre-ordered items. Pre-order items will need 15-28 business days to restock. We will contact you if the pre-order items need longer time to prepare.
For orders included pre-order items, your delivery will be put on hold until all items are ready. Extra shipping fee will be charged If you want to send the parcel separately.
SHIPPING POLICIES:
Please double check your shipping info when placing your order, we are not responsible for any issues from incorrect shipping info.
We are not responsible for lost / damage or stolen packages. If your parcel is lost, we will assist you to contact carrier. We are not responsible for delayed shipments, please upgrade shipping method if you want to receive your parcel asap.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
Please read items description carefully before order, we will not refund if you are not satisfied with your order, but we do refund if your ordered item is not able to restock，or if there is wrong item or broken item, please contact us (via Intagram or whatsapp) within 48 hours after parcel is received，we will arrange exchange or refund for you.
Only rings are accepted to exchange size. Please contact us via Instagram @thesubtle.store within 48 hours after you received your package if you need an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, any product you return must be in the same condition you received it.
*Extra HKD 50 will be charge for size exchange.
To return your product for exchange, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Will send you a new parcel after receiving your return items.
