  • How do I pay my order?我能如何付款?
    Hong Kong Buyers can pay through Payme, FPS, BOC, AlipayHK, Bank Transfer. International Customers could pay through Paypal, Commonwealth Bank, NAB, Others 香港的客人可選擇Payme/ AlipayHK支付寶/ FPS轉數快/ BOC中國銀行或其它銀行轉賬.
  • How do I check my order ? 我能如何檢查我的訂單?
    Please login to your account at the top right-hand corner of the site. Then you check your order history from 'My Order' on your account page. 若你有已付款的訂單,你可以從'我的帳號'裡尋找到'訂單紀錄'。
  • I would like to cancel my order. How do I do that?我能取消我的訂單嗎?
    You may cancel an order at any time before the order ships. Please contact us. Due to time differences between Hong Kong and other countries, we cannot guarantee customer service will receive your request before the order ships. 如果你希望取消訂單,請於發貨前聯絡我們。
  • What if my package is lost? 我的包裹寄失了該怎麼辦?
    We will not responsible for items that are lost by the mail carrier or by any shipping service, but we will provide help to contact carrier. 一切運輸風險需由客人承擔,客人請聯絡運輸公司,我們會盡力提供協助。
  • What if my package was returned to the sender? 假若我的郵件被送回了發貨人地址該怎麼辦?
    If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for the fee for your package to be sent again. 郵件被送回了我們的地址,客人需要負責再次發貨的運費。
