All sales are final. Please read items description carefully before order, we will not refund if you are not satisfied with your order, but we do refund if your ordered item is not able to restock，or if there is wrong item or broken item, please click here to contact us (via Intagram @thesubtle.store or whatsapp +852 62273102 within 48 hours after parcel is received. We will arrange exchange or refund for you.

ONLY RINGS ARE ACCEPTED FOR SIZE EXCHANGE : +$50

Only rings are accepted to exchange size. Please contact us via Instagram @thesubtle.store within 48 hours after you received your package if you need an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, any product you return must be in the same condition you received it.

Please also noted that, $50 will be charge for size exchange, please check size carefully before placing your order. Feel free to dm and ask for size suggestion.

 

To return your product for exchange, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Highly recommended you using a trackable shipping service (eg. smart post). Will send you a new parcel after receiving your return items.

我們會退款給訂單中有貨件缺貨的客人，客人亦可以選擇更換其他款式。若收貨後客人對貨品款式不滿意將無法退換，請客人在購買前看清楚貨品的描述。若發現貨品有誤或破損，麻煩客人在貨到後48小時內聯絡我們(via Intagram @thesubtle.store or whatsapp +852 62273102，我們會為你安排退換手續。

換碼只限介指：若客人收到碼數不合適，換碼數需要加 HKD 50 ，客人需付責寄回產品的郵費。我們會在收到產品後補發，建議客人使用有追蹤功能的郵寄方式，我們無法保證收到郵件。

 

請在購買前檢查清楚尺寸，店主已賣出過百隻介指，歡迎dm問店主尺寸建議。但我們不會保證尺碼一定合適，尺碼請客人自行作出最後決定。
